Wine, Cheese, and Olives: Delivery Today!

Today’s pairing includes a bottle of In Sheep's Clothing, a Cabernet Sauvignon from Washingston. It has darker fruit notes than something coming from CA, tasting of blackberry, leather, earth, and pepper. We've paired it with a 1/4 lb of Ashbrook, which is mild, buttery, toasty, and malty. For fun today, we're including a 1/4 lb of olives as well!
