Wine and Cheese Delivery 5/16

This Saturday the 16th we're delivering wine and cheese! As always our drivers are once-and-future bartenders. They'll be delivering to you between 4 pm and 7 pm and will call or text when on the way.

For this delivery we are featuring a Spanish Tempranillo from Valdepenas which is aged 7 years! It is well-rounded and tastes of oak, cherry, leather and tobacco. The first cheese alongside is Cana de Cabra, a Spanish goat cheese made in the French Bucheron style. It is bright, tangy, gamey and rustic. The second cheese is Fontina Val D'Aosta, an Italian Alpine cheese made from raw cow's milk and aged around four months. It is mild, creamy, mushroom-y and earthy.
