White Wine and Goat Cheese Pairing TUE

Let's enjoy a wine and cheese pairing suitable for this heat! This tasting will be a treat as we never do it like this:

Four goat cheeses, each paired with 3 oz of (dry) white wine. Boards will be rounded out with house-made accoutrements and Ravelin French bread. This tasting will be less of a lecture/presentation than usual, so be prepared to enjoy wine, cheese and each other's company. There are only 16 seats available here at the shop. Cheers!
