We're All Happy it's Over: Grower's Champagne and Cheese Board!

We're all happy it's over. 

We're celebrating by drinking this fantastic Paul Marie Bertrand grower's champagne. This is a small, estate produced champagne aged on the lees for FOUR YEARS! It has a depth of flavor and complexity that you won't find in big-name (and more expensive!) blends. 

For the first time, we've curated a board just to pair with this special bottle. Each board features:

Casatica di Bufala- Italian water buffalo milk brie

Los Cameros - cow/sheep/goat milk Spanish cheese in the style of Manchego

Little Mountain- a hybrid Gouda and Alpine cheese

Lemon-pepper almonds

Brown Butter Marconas

Apricot jam

Mixed berry- honey jam

Herbed white wine golden raisins

White wine poached pears

French bread

These portions are a hearty board for two people, or a light board for 4 people.

You can pick up anytime between 11 am and 7 pm on the 31st for your enjoyment New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.
