About the event
We're all happy it's over.
We're celebrating by drinking this fantastic Paul Marie Bertrand grower's champagne. This is a small, estate produced champagne aged on the lees for FOUR YEARS! It has a depth of flavor and complexity that you won't find in big-name (and more expensive!) blends.
For the first time, we've curated a board just to pair with this special bottle. Each board features:
Casatica di Bufala- Italian water buffalo milk brie
Los Cameros - cow/sheep/goat milk Spanish cheese in the style of Manchego
Little Mountain- a hybrid Gouda and Alpine cheese
