Virtual Cheese Tasting Featuring Green Dirt!!! Friday the 31st

Our next virtual cheese class is here! We just visited Green Dirt Farms in Weston, MO and were BLOWN AWAY! Green Dirt has won gold medals from the American Cheese Society and the Good Food Awards. They raise sheep and primarily make sheep's milk cheeses, but they also source local cow's milk for some of their mixed-milk cheeses (no goat in this tasting). Remember, this is not a dinner or pairing, but a guided, educational cheese tasting. However, we will have beverage recommendations available at the shop. Each class features 6 different cheeses for a total of 3 oz per person with fresh Ravelin French bread along side.

We are continuing to donate $5 from every ticket to local bar staff around town while bars are forced to shut down. For this class, we are donating to our friends at Mulberry St. Cantina. 

The way this works: Order your cheese box here, then swing by the shop on Friday the 31st between noon and 5 pm to pick it up. Then go home, get comfy, and tune in to the Ten : One Facebook page at 6 pm for our live stream of the class. We can eat cheese and raise a glass together, from a distance!
