Virtual Cheese Tasting- All TEXAS!!! 8/28

Our next virtual cheese class is here! We thought we'd do a straight Texas tasting to end the month. We'll cover the spectrum, from soft cheeses to hard cheeses, and this class will include cow, sheep, and goat's milk cheeses. Remember, this is not a dinner or pairing, but a guided, educational cheese tasting. However, we will have beverage recommendations available at the shop. Each class features 6 different cheeses for a total of 3 oz per person with fresh Ravelin French bread along side. Please note that our virtual classes will now start at 7 pm (rather than 6 pm as we had been doing).

We are continuing to donate $5 from every ticket to local bar staff around town while bars are forced to shut down. For this class, we are donating to our friends at RT's.

The way this works: Order your cheese box here, then swing by the shop on Friday the 28th between noon and 6 pm to pick it up. Then go home, get comfy, and tune in to the Ten : One Facebook page at 7 pm for our live stream of the class. We can eat cheese and raise a glass together, from a distance!
