Virtual Cheese Class Friday the 29th

Friday night cheese date! Our next installment of our virtual cheese classes is here! This go-round, we'll be focusing on sheep and goat's milk cheeses. These are not entirely lactose free, but are very low for those of you that are sensitive. We'll cover a broad range in flavors and textures. Remember, this is not a dinner or pairing, but a guided, educational cheese tasting. However, we will have beverage recommendations available at the shop. Each class features 6 different cheeses for a total of 3 oz per person with fresh Ravelin French bread along side.

The way this works: Order your cheese box here, then swing by the shop on Friday the 29th between noon and 5 pm to pick it up. Then go home, get comfy, and tune in to the Ten : One Facebook page at 6 pm for our live stream of the class. We can eat cheese and raise a glass together, from a distance!
