Virtual Cheese Class Friday the 15th

Our next installment of our virtual cheese classes is here! On Friday the 15th we'll be hosting a cheese class discussing seasonal, or warm-weather, cheeses that go well with lighter, summer-y beverages. Remember, this is not a dinner or pairing, but a guided, educational cheese tasting. However, we will have beverage recommendations available at the shop. Each class features 6 different cheeses for a total of 3 oz per person with fresh Ravelin French bread along side.

As with our previous classes during these times, we will be donating $5 from every ticket to help support a local service industry staff that has been laid off. This class, we're donating to the staff at 2 Charlie's!!! 

The way this works: Order your cheese box here, then swing by the shop on Friday the 15th between 11 am and 5 pm to pick it up. Then go home, get comfy, and tune in to the Ten : One Facebook page at 6 pm for our live stream of the class. We can eat cheese and raise a glass together, from a distance!
