Virtual Cheese Class Friday the 10th

Friday night cheese date! Our next installment of our virtual cheese classes is here! This time, we'll be comparing US and European versions of the same styles of cheese: Cheddar, Gouda, and Alpine. So we'll have two different cheddars, one from the US and one from the UK and so on. Remember, this is not a dinner or pairing, but a guided, educational cheese tasting. However, we will have beverage recommendations available at the shop. Each class features 6 different cheeses for a total of 3 oz per person with fresh Ravelin French bread along side.

We will be donating $5 from each ticket to help the bar staff at Eastside, Oak Street Draft House, and Ms. Angeline's while they are temporarily closed.

The way this works: Order your cheese box here, then swing by the shop on Friday the 10th between noon and 5 pm to pick it up. Then go home, get comfy, and tune in to the Ten : One Facebook page at 6 pm for our live stream of the class. We can eat cheese and raise a glass together, from a distance!
