Thursday Wine and Cheese Delivery 9/16

Are you going to be home this Thursday evening? Would you like wine and cheese delivered to your doorstep? Then we've got you covered! We're going to send out our last case of Croix de Bern (2010) with two of our shop favorite cheeses to go with it.

Chateau Croix de Bern hails from the Cadillac AOC within Entre-Deux-Mers in Bordeaux. This hearty French red wine is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. It's a 2010 for any of you who'd like to learn about aged wines and this is our last case!

Prairie Breeze is a perennial shop favorite: it's a one year aged cheddar from a Mennonite collective in Iowa. It's a little sharp, a little sweet, a little savory, and with a light crystalline crunch.

Ashbrook is a raw cow's milk cheese inspired by the French Morbier. It has a thin line of ash running through the middle. It's rich and buttery with a light toastiness from the edible rind.

We will be delivering within Denton only! If you're curious about delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know you're out of range, you are still welcome to come pick it up! Just write in "pick up" for your address and we'll have it ready for you.  Cost does not include a tip to your driver and all tips go directly to them, whether cash or through Venmo. Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
