Thursday Wine and Cheese Delivery! 7/9

Wine and cheese, paired and delivered! 

This set for delivery on the 9th includes;

A bottle of our new staff-favorite wine- Pinotage. This South African red wine is a hybrid of two grapes: Pinto Noir and Cinsault. It has a med-light body, earth, minerality, smoke, and tannins. Think bigger flavors, but in an easier drinking format. See why we are so excited about it!

The first cheese we're sending with it is the Comte Les Fins. This Comte is a treat- whereas most Comte comes from co-ops, this is one of the few single-dairy Comtes out there. It is raw cow's milk and aged for a year. Firm, nutty, earthy and a touch caramelly/sweet, this cheese really excels when you let it come to room temperature.

The second cheese is Quadrello di Bufala. This is an Italian washed rind cheese made from water buffalo milk. It is firm, salty, and tangy with notes of vanilla. If you haven't had buffalo milk cheese, don't be afraid- it's not as aggressive a milk flavor as, say, goat's milk. And it pairs wonderfully with the wine!

We will be delivering to Denton and our immediate surroundings only. Cost does not include a tip to your driver. Drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. If you're curious about delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know you're out of range, you are still welcome to come pick it up! Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
