Thursday Wine and Cheese Delivery! 7/2

Wine and cheese, paired and delivered! 

This set for delivery on the 2nd includes;

1 bottle of In Sheep's Clothing. This Cabernet from Washington is not as jammy as a CA cab, but has more woody/earthy and blackberry notes. This is a perennial shop favorite that we haven't carried in a while. Enjoy!

Both cheeses for this set are from Sweet Grass Dairy in Georgia. We thought this might be a cool way for us all to explore some of our artisan cheese makers!

The first cheese from Sweet Grass is called Green Hill. It is an 8-time award winner at the ACS conference. It is a double cream cheese made in the style of Camembert (though not as funky as the French). It is almost spreadable (think Brie) buttery, and grassy.

The second cheese is called Thomasville Tomme. This is a raw cow's milk Tomme, which is firm, milky, creamy, earthy, and mild.   

We will be delivering to Denton and our immediate surroundings only. Cost does not include a tip to your driver. Drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. If you're curious about delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know you're out of range, you are still welcome to come pick it up! Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
