About the event
We told you we were going to do it. If you're not sure about this one, then it's NOT for you. This event is in-person only at the cheese shop where we will only seat 12 people. Each ticket is for one person.
We're featuring a dry Rose Vermouth, a solera Sherry, and a Sauternes alongside a cheese board for one (there will be BLUE!) with house made accoutrements and Ravelin French bread. This tasting will include charcuterie as well.
The Rose Vermout is full bodied and dry with notes of honey and lots of baking spice.
Sauternes is a French dessert wine from Bordeaux. It tastes of mushrooms, saffron and honey.
The Sherry is at 20% ABV and tastes of toffee, vanilla, dried fruit and toasted nuts.
Cheers!
