Thanksgiving Cheese Set

We've put together a great three-cheese assortment of different textures and flavors for you to enjoy with friends and family over the holiday. Each set includes a full pound of cheese (three different 1/3 lbs) and a side of our fall-spiced pepitas. Each set serves about 4-6 people. The cheeses are:

1) Five Year Gouda: cow's milk from the Netherlands, aged for five years. Full of crystals with a deep caramel-toffee character.

2) Ashbrook: Raw cow's milk Morbier-style cheese from VT. Rich, buttery, and a little toasty.

3) Farmstead Manchego: Raw sheep's milk from Spain. One of the few remaining farmstead Manchegos in production. Aged for around 4 months. Bright, grassy, tangy, and a little nutty.

Our fall-spiced pepitas are tossed in honey with spices and dried cranberry.

Orders will be available for pick up on Tuesday the 24th during business hours and on Wednesday the 25th from 10 am to 5 pm. We didn't include wine in this set, but we've brought in lots of great wines for the holidays which will be available in the shop when you pick up. Cheers Denton!
