St. Patrick's Day Beer and Cheese Pairing

Let's drink some beer and eat cheese on St. Patrick's Day! This set will be available for pick up either Tuesday the 16th or Wednesday the 17th, then we'll have our virtual tasting on St. Patty's Day (Wednesday the 17th) at 7pm on our Facebook page. And if you'd like to wait to watch on the weekend, don't worry, the cheese will be fine and the video will still be on our page!

Each set includes a mixed six-pack (2 each of three different beers) and three 1/4 lbs. of cheese, one to pair with each beer. Each set serves two people: 3 beers each and a lot of cheese!

Four people: 1 1/2 beers apiece and 3 oz. of cheese each.

Smithwick's Irish Red Ale paired w/ Sapore del Piaved: aged Italian cow's milk cheese

Boulevard Irish Ale paired w/ X.O. Gouda- aged 26 months. Crystally and caramel-y

Guinness Stout paired with the Fawn, a sharp cheddar aged for one year from Deer Creek WI
