Saturday Wine, Cheese, and Charcuterie Delivery 8/1

How about starting the month off with a Spanish wine, cheese, and charcuterie delivery?

This wine is called La Mureda, and it's a Cabernet Sauvignon from Spain!! This cab is lighter in body than the cabs you're used to with a little more earth and notes of cherry. Not only is it delicious, but very interesting to have a Cabernet from Spain!

The first cheese to go with it is called Senorio de Cameros. This is similar to an extra-aged Manchego (but from smaller wheels). It has a little crystalline texture, with deep nutty, sweeter, gamey notes. 

The second cheese is called Omorro. This is a torta-style cheese from the Azores. It has a thin, hard rind, while the paste is soft and almost spreadable. It is rich and milky with a little beefy-mushroom character.

We're also throwing in a Spanish chorizo from Underground Charcuterie! Way different from our Tex-Mex conception of chorizo- this is a dry-cured salami which requires no cooking (nor is it crumbly or super greasy). 

We will be delivering to Denton and our immediate surroundings only. Cost does not include a tip to your driver. Drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. If you're curious about delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know you're out of range, you are still welcome to come pick it up! Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
