Saturday Italian Wine and Cheese Delivery! 7/11

Wine and cheese, paired and delivered! 

For this Saturday the 11th, we're delivering a really cool set of Italian wine and cheeses!

The first cheese is called Oro Italiano. This is from Sergio Moro- one of our favorite Italian cheesemakers. This cheese is semi-soft cow's milk with Saffron D'Aquila and Umbrian Black Truffles. Think milky, creamy, garlic mushroomy with a hint of saffron that comes out the more you eat!

The second cheese is Pecorino Camemlia: a young, creamy sheep's milk Pecorino covered in chamomile (see, I told you they were cool). This cheese is creamy, salty, and sharp with a long herbacious finish.

What else would we send with these but Italian red wine? This wine is called Rosso del Palazzino. It is medium bodied, deep, earthy, and spicy, with just a hint of cherry. Big flavored cheese calls for robust wine!

We will be delivering to Denton and our immediate surroundings only. Cost does not include a tip to your driver. Drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. If you're curious about delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know you're out of range, you are still welcome to come pick it up! Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
