The first cheese is the Marieke Mature Gouda. This raw cow's milk gouda is aged between 6 and 9 months. It highlights the quality of the milk, with a fresh, creamy taste highlighted by light meaty and caramel notes. The makers of this cheese have won numerous awards for their goudas, both in the US and in Europe.

The second cheese is Barely Buzzed. This is a Jersey cow milk cheddar rubbed with espresso and lavender honey. It is both deep and toasty while also bright and floral. It’s been a favorite for a long time.
