About the event
A loaded board for four people to snack on throughout the big game this Sunday! This board has over 1 lb of artisan cheese, two different meats, bread, nuts, pickles, mustard, jams, and a 5 liter keg of authentic Kolsch from Cologne, Germany.
The game day board features:
Burrata Stracciatella- this is a half pound of fresh mozzerella stuffed with cream and fresh curds. Made freshly by the Dallas Mozzerella Company, we score it and drizzle it with olive oil and cracked pepper.
Beehive Hatch Chile Cheddar- Jersey cow milk cheddar from Utah, loaded with Hatch chiles and a savory paprika/garlic rub on the rind.
Frisian Farms Aged Gouda- raw milk from Iowa with a toffee cashew profile.
Ashbrook- raw cow's milk Morbier inspired cheese from VT. Rich, buttery and toasty.
