Oktoberfest Beer and Cheese Pairing!!! 9/24

Oktoberfest is back, y'all! It holds a dear place in our heart as well as making for some great cheese pairings. This tasting features a mixed six pack (2 each of 3 different beers), three 1/4 lbs of cheese (one for each kind of beer), Braesola, and a side of Lanky-made beer mustard. Each set will easily serve 2-4 people. And the menu is....

Saint Arnold Oktoberfest

Denton County Brewing Co. Oktoberfest

Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest

Cheeses:

Charles Arnaud Comte (1 yr.): raw cow's milk French Alpine cheese.

Marieke Fenugreek Gouda: raw cow's milk gouda w/ fenugreek seeds. 

Beehive Hatch Chile Cheddar: cow's milk cheddar from Utah w/ hatch chiles.

Spotted Trotter Braesola: This is a thinly-sliced, air dried beef (kind of like beef proscioutto).

We will deliver this set on Wednesday the 23rd to Denton and our IMMEDIATE surroundings, i.e. Argyle, Corinth, Krum. If you are outside of our delivery range, you are welcome to pick it up- just write in "pick up" for your address. We will then have a real-time virtual tasting on Thursday the 24th at 7 pm on our Facebook page. If you can't watch on Thursday, no problem! The video stays up there and you can watch anytime you want. Price does not include a tip to your driver, who accepts cash and venmo.
