About the event
Stay home and celebrate NYE! This year we're making a cheese board for two with a bottle of Grand Cru Champagne. Place your order here and we'll have it ready for pick-up this Saturday between noon and 5pm.
The Bottle: Les Mesnil Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru. This is made by a Grower's Cooperative using only Chardonnay grapes grown in Grand Cru designated vineyards within Champagne. Celebrate in style.
The Board: Brabander: aged goat milk gouda. Slight crystalline texture. White chocolate and caramel.
Seascape: Cow and goat's milk cheddar. Taste of buttered popcorn, lightly tangy
Brie D'Irene: Classic French brie, delicate, buttery, slight mushroom/earth
Mimolette: Hard, savory French cow's milk cheese. Aged one year.
