Mother's Day Bubbly Cheese Box

Our Mother's Day Gift Box contains a 1/4 lb of Ubriaco Pinot Rose, which is an Italian cow's milk cheese that is semi-firm, soaked in a sparkling rose wine, topped with rose petals and tastes of strawberries, cream and flowers, and a 1/4 lb of Cravanzina, which is an Italian soft-ripened cheese (think Brie) made from cow and sheep's milk. It is soft, creamy, buttery, with notes of hay and a gentle sweetness. We are accompanying these cheeses with a cup of house-made toasted almonds with rose syrup and candied lemon zest as well as a bottle of Jean Louis blanc de blanc, a sparkling white wine with light fruitiness and toasted almond notes. Pick up during business hours Saturday or Sunday.
