You know all those giant cheese crates we have in the shop? And how we've been talking about using them for holiday wine and cheese sets? This is the year of the Ten : One Holiday Extravaganza!!!
Each set includes:
One bottle Obsidian Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon
One bottle sparkling wine: Miguel Pons Cava
1/4 lb Baetje Farms Fresh Chevre w/ lemon curd: soft and spreadable, tastes like cheesecake.
1/4 lb Holey Cow: Emmentaler-style, creamy, nutty, and a touch sweet
