Friday Wine and Cheese Delivery for Tasting on Saturday!

Let's explore some wine! With cheese! With each other, from a distance! Welcom to week 2 of our month-long exploration of Sauvignon Blanc. Each week, we'll deliver a different sav blanc and a different cheese to pair with it. Then the following day, we'll have a virtual tasting on our Facebook page! This will be similar to our previous virtual tastings but we don't expect these to last as long- maybe 30 min or so. Over the course of a month, we think you should have a solid grasp of Sauvignon Blanc from having explored four different distinct production regions.

For our second installment, we are delivering a bottle of Petite Sauvage. This wine is from the Loire Valley in France. This is the most authentic, classic representation of Sauvignon Blanc, and if you missed last week, this would be a great place to start!

For this week, we are pairing it with Green Dirt Farm's cheese, Dirt Lover. This is a farmstead sheep's milk cheese made in the style of French goat cheeses. We ordered the minis for this tasting, so each wedge should be about 3 oz (rather than the usual 1/4 lb).

In addition, our friend Suzanne, the chef and owner of the Chestnut Tree, is making a chef's accompaniment to our tasting! Suzanne has tasted both the wine and the cheese and came up with the perfect addition to our tasting!

We will be delivering to Denton and our immediate surroundings only. Cost does not include a tip to your driver. Drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. If you're curious about delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know you're out of range, you are still welcome to come pick it up! Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
