Friday Wine and Cheese Delivery 4/16

Let's drink some fun, bright, floral, "Spring-y" wines for the next few months! This Friday we're delivering a bottle of Casa Americo Vinho Branco (Portugese white wine). This wine drinks like a hybrid between Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay (but consists of the grapes Bical, Cerceal-branco and Encruzado. Beats me.) Minerally, herbaceous, crisp acidity, and Spring-y!

We're sending it out with a 1/4 lb of Thomasville Tomme, a raw cow's milk tomme from GA. This cheese if sharp, tangy, and grassy with a touch of sweetness. We're making a blueberry lemon jam to tie the room together!

We will be delivering to Denton and our immediate surroundings only. Cost does not include a tip to your driver. Drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. If you're curious about delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know you're out of range, you are still welcome to come pick it up! Just write in "pick up" for your address and we'll have it ready for you. Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
