Sparkling wine! Each week for the next month or so we'll be sending out a new bottle of bubbles and a cheese to pair with it. This week we're getting WEIRD. Sparkling Shiraz from Australia paired w/ Espresso-rubbed cheddar and blueberry jam!

About the event
It's spring in Texas so let's break out the bubbles! Each week over the next month we'll be delivering a new bottle of sparkling wine with a 1/4 lb of cheese to pair with it. Sparkling wines will be coming from Italy, Spain, France, and a fun curveball from Australia!
This week it's going to be the curveball! We're delivering a sparkling Shiraz which is full bodied, dry, earthy, peppery, red and sparkling! We've paired it with an espresso and lavender honey-rubbed cheddar and are topping it off with house-made blueberry jam. Yes, we know it sounds a little different, but hey, we're a rock n' roll cheese shop.
