Friday Wine and Cheese Delivery 2/5

Let's drink some Cabernet Sauvignon! Each week this month we'll be delivering a new bottle of Cab that we've picked out along with a 1/4 lb of cheese to pair with it. 

For our first week we've chosen the 2016 Taraval from Napa Valley. This cab was aged entirely in French Oak (that might be why we like it so much). We've paired it with a 1/4 lb of Prairie Breeze, which is a one year aged cheddar from a Mennonite collective in Iowa. It is rich, sweet and savory, and has a little bit of crystallization.

We will be delivering to Denton and our immediate surroundings only. Cost does not include a tip to your driver. Drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. If you're curious about delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know you're out of range, you are still welcome to come pick it up! Just write in "pick up" for your address and we'll have it ready for you. Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
