Friday Wine and Cheese Delivery 2/12

Let's drink some Cabernet Sauvignon! Each week this month we'll be delivering a new bottle of Cab that we've picked out along with a 1/4 lb of cheese to pair with it. 

For our second week we've chosen the 2017 Calipso Cabernet Sauvignon. This Cab has notes of ripe strawberry and blackberry, cedar, and a hint of oak and spice. We've paired this with a 1/4 lb of Red Leicester. This is a traditional cloth bound English cheese with a harder texture and a buttery, nutty, earthy and mineral-y flavor profile. A great pairing for the weather!

We will be delivering to Denton and our immediate surroundings only. Cost does not include a tip to your driver. Drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. If you're curious about delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know you're out of range, you are still welcome to come pick it up! Just write in "pick up" for your address and we'll have it ready for you. Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
