Friday Night Bottle and Board- Take Out

Let's roll into Spring with a cheeseboard for two with a bottle of sparkling wine for your enjoyment on your couch, patio, or wherever you want!

We're curating a cheeseboard to go around a lovely bottle of Raventos Blanc de Blanc. This dry sparkling wine is made in the Champagne method in Spain. It has notes of pear and apple with honeysuckle and white flowers. 

The board to go with it serves two people and features four cheeses:

Pure Luck Farms' Fresh Chevre (the first of the Spring!)

Los Cameros (mixed milk cheese made in the style of Manchego)

Thomasville Tomme (raw cow's milk Tomme from Sweetgrass Creamery in Georgia)

Chevre Affine (aged goat's milk gouda from the Netherlands)

For this board, we'll be making some treats that we don't often do- Lemon Curd and Raspberry Amaretto jam, Wine-poached pears, and lavendar-vanilla almonds as well as local honeycomb from Honeybees Unlimited alongside Ravelin French bread.
