Fondue Class!!

 For those of you who've had fondue with us, you know how much we LOVE it. This is our first fondue class, so bear with us. Here is how it works: Your ticket includes a full pound of cheese and we'll give out our recipe. We'll begin making a batch of fondue in front of the class, then pull the ol' TV swap (just cook it for two hours and then it looks like this- tah dah!!). At which point, everyone will get to try our fondue. This is not a dinner or pairing; fondue will be sampled, but don't expect a meal. We don't expect the class to take long, but again, this is our first time. You should leave here ready to make fondue for friends or family around the holiday. Cheers!
