This pairing is very crisp and herbal and perfect for the weather today! The set includes a 1/4 lb of Cabra Romero, which is an aged goat cheese w/rosemary made in Flower Mound by the nationally acclaimed Latte Da Dairy; a bottle of Txakolina, which is a crisp, herbal, mineral-y white wine from Spanish Basque Country; and an Underground Finocchiona, which is a classic Italian-style salami with fennel seed. The theme today is herbaceous!
