Cheese Lover's Board 1/20

To celebrate National Cheese Lover's Day, we're crafting a take-home board for two people that is for all you Spanish cheese lovers out there- and we're donating $7 from every ticket to Denton's KOAN school! This board is made to help you learn a little bit about different milks, which is why it includes three different cheeses made in the style of Manchego.

And the board is:

Raw sheep's milk Manchego, aged four months

La Dama Sagrada: raw goat's milk cheese in the Manchego style

Campo de Montalban: cow, sheep, and goat's milk cheese in the Manchego style

Garroxta: goat's milk tomme from Catalonia

House made fig jam, white wine poached apples, vanilla almonds, Castelvetrano olives and Ravelin French bread.

Place your order here and your board will be ready for pick up between noon and 7pm on Thursday, January 20th. All boards will be served in to-go boxes with every cheese labeled up so you can keep track! $7 from every ticket ordered here will go to support Denton's KOAN school. 

Boards do not include wine, but we have great Spanish wines available to take home and enjoy with your board.
