Cheese Delivery!!! 7/15

Wednesday cheese delivery!! We cooked up a couple of sauces just to pair with a couple of cheeses for you. We've made a blueberry-thyme jam and lemon curd to pair with:

Westcombe cheddar: This is an authentic, farmstead, raw cow's milk cheddar from the UK. This cheddar is unlike anything you've had from the US (because it's not). This cheese is firm, minerally, and nutty, and spread either/or/both blueberry or lemon on it; it's a win/win.

Teahive: This is a Jersey cow's milk cheddar from Utah rubbed down with Earl Grey tea (black tea and bergamont). It is savory and meaty while also being bright, herbacious, and citrusy. Again, either jam is a win/win.

We are delivering to Denton and our IMMEDIATE surroundings only: Corinth, Argyle, Krum, etc. If you are outside of our delivery range, you are welcome to pick up. Your delivery will show up between 4 pm and 7 pm. Our drivers will call or text when on the way. This order does not include gratuity- our drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. This set does not include any alcohol. If you'd like us to send a bottle of wine as well place your order first then give us a call at the shop!
