Cheese Delivery! 5/29

This is one of our favorite pairings that we stumbled upon: Challerhocker is a cream-added Alpine style cheese from Switzerland. Think of a really creamy, rich Gruyere. It is salty, nutty, oniony, and bold but not overpowering. Now you take the Challerhocker and put a bite on one of our house-made candied pecans. This will make you rethink the possibilities of cheese and pecan pie! 

We're also including a 1/4 lb. of Prairie Breeze, an ACS award winning cheddar from a Mennonite collective in Iowa. It is firm, sharp, meaty, and a little sweet (It also makes a great grilled cheese!). Check it out with the pecans as well. Maybe make a grilled cheese with all of them. Just sayin'.
