Cheese Class January 27th

January's cheese classes focus on sheep's milk cheese! From old-world classics such as Manchego and Pecorino to some other unexpected curveballs, sheep's milk cheeses are delicious! This class will feature six cheeses for a total of 3 oz per person. This is a guided, educational cheese tasting, not a dinner or pairing, however beer and wine are always available in the shop. These events usually fill up, so don't wait! Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a later date.
