Cheese Class Dec. 30th

December's cheese classes will reflect on aging. We're going to discuss the aging process, how various cheeses are aged, and how cheeses develop with time (and love and care). We'll be tasting young and old versions of the same style of cheese to fully grasp what happens, and hopefully, to figure out which you prefer in a given style. As always we will be sampling 6 different cheeses, totaling 3 oz of cheese. Remember this is not a pairing or dinner, just a fun, educational cheese experience, however beer and wine will be available at the shop. Classes are limited to 18 seats and we usually have a full house. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a later class.
