About the event
This is a guided, educational cheese tasting. This is not a dinner or pairing, however beer and wine will be available at the shop. We will taste six different cheeses totaling 3 oz. per person. This class will focus on Italian cheeses, both classics and newer creations. We have very limited seating so tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a later date.
