About the event

This is a guided, educational cheese tasting hosted by Ten : One's own Benjamin Matt. This is not a pairing or dinner, however beverages will be available for purchase at the event. This class will cover 6 different cheese styles, all of which will be cow's milk for this event. Ben will walk you through each cheese, including their history, how they're made, and cooking/pairing suggestions.
