About the event
Moving forward in our series of cheese classes, March classes are all about cheddar! We'll be covering the history and process and tasting classics as well as new American creations. As always, there will be 6 cheeses for a total of 3 oz. per person. This is not a dinner or pairing, however beer and wine will be available. Due to very limited seating, tickets are non-refundable nor can they be transferred to a later class dates. Host Benjamin Matt does a great job and we hope to see you here!
