Cheese Class 10/14

Host Benjamin Matt is back to talk about goat cheese! We've noticed that some of the wheels that we are most excited about, as well as the wheels that disappear the most quickly, are often goat cheeses. We will be bringing back some special wheels (some of which lasted for less than one week in the shop) as well as some of our perennial favorites. Remember, these classes are guided, educational tastings, not a dinner or pairing, however beer and wine will be available in the shop. These classes usually sell out, so grab a ticket for whichever date best fits your schedule. Because they sell out, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a later date.
