Cheese, Bread, and Charcuterie Delivery 5/19

This Tuesday the 19th we’ve got fresh bread coming from our local bakery! This set will include a loaf of Ravelin French Bread, two 1/4 Lbs of cheese and an Underground salami. As always our drivers are laid off bartenders from Denton.

The first cheese is Mimolette, an aged French cows milk cheese. This cheese is firm, nutty, savory and buttery. 

The second cheeses is Chèvre Affine, an aged goat milk gouda from the Netherlands. It is also firm with sweet caramel and toffee notes and a light tang.

The Underground salami is with Calabrian peppers and has just a little spice on the back end. 

Please note that this set does not include any wine. If you’d like to add on a bottle, place your order then give us a call!
