Cheese and Wine Delivery! Today 4/7

We‘re delivering to you! Delivery drivers are laid off service industry folks and all tips plus a portion of sales go to them. Place your order here and they’ll deliver to you (within Denton) between 4 and 7 pm today.

Today’s delivery pack contains: One 1/4 lb of Fontina Val D'Aosta, an Italian Alpine cheese made in the Aosta valley bordered by both France and Switzerland; One 1/4 lb of 1655 Gruyere, which is our absolute favorite Gruyere- nutty, sweet, and earthy; and a bottle of Verdicchio, a dry Italian white wine with a deep earthiness, mild acidity, and a touch of oak. If one felt so inclined, these cheeses and wine would be the building blocks of a great fondue! Cheers!
