Cheese and Bread Delivery 6/3

This Wednesday the 3rd we’ve got fresh bread coming from our local bakery! This set includes a 1/2 loaf of Ravelin white chocolate - lemon bread, two 1/4 lbs of bright, summery cheeses, and two different sides of house-made jam: raspberry-amaretto and mixed berry.

The first cheese is Brabander. It is a goat's milk gouda from the Netherlands. All of the wheels of Brabander are selected for the Essex St. Cheese Company, a small premium importer of some of the best European cheeses. Brabander is lush, caramel-y, and reminds me of white chocolate already! With the bread, with the jam....it doesn't get much better.

The second cheese is called Florette. It’s a goat milk gouda from France: gooey around the edges and more firm toward the center. It’s earthy and games- with white chocolate- lemon bread, mixed berry jam, you get the picture.

We're including two sides of house made jam which you can add to either/or/BOTH cheeses at your pleasure.
