Cheese and Bread Delivery 5/27

This Wednesday the 27th we’ve got fresh bread coming from our local bakery! This set includes a 1/2 loaf of Ravelin white chocolate - lemon bread, two 1/4 lbs of bright, summery cheeses, and two different sides of house-made jam: strawberry-peppercorn and brandy-cherry paste.

The first cheese is Latte Da fresh chevre, which you may remember from some of our tastings. It is made in Flower Mound TX from Nubian goats milk. It is soft and spreadable, bright, fresh and tangy. Locals supporting locals supporting locals!

The second cheese is  Ossau-Iraty, another house favorite, which is sheep’s milk cheese from France. It is mild and creamy, with nutty, grassy, butterscotch notes. In France, it’s eaten with locally grown cherries, which is why we whipped up a brandy-cherry paste for it!

We're including two sides of house made jam which you can add to either/or/BOTH cheeses at your pleasure.
