Cheese and Bread Delivery 5/23

This Saturday the 23rd we’ve got fresh bread coming from our local bakery! This set includes a loaf of fresh Ravelin French bread, two 1/4 lbs of bright, summery cheeses, and a side of house made jam.

The first cheese is Latte Da fresh chevre, which you may remember from some of our tastings. It is made in Flower Mound TX from Nubian goats milk. It is soft and spreadable, bright, fresh and tangy. Locals supporting locals supporting locals!

The second cheese is Teahive: a Jersey cow milk cheddar with an Earl Grey rind. It has a savory paste with a bright, citrusy character from the bergamot. 

We're including a side of house made jam which you can add to either/or/BOTH cheeses at your pleasure.
