"Charcuterie" Means MEAT!!: Take-Home Charcuterie Board

The word "charcuterie" means MEAT. So we're going to make you a true charcuterie board that focuses on the meat. Four different meats from The Spotted Trotter in Atlanta, GA, inlcuding pork, beef, duck and goat. We're serving Black Pepper Sorghum Salami (pork), Braesola (beef), Duck Proscioutto, and Spicy Chubacabra (beef and goat). We're also including a 1/4 lb each of Beehive's Hatch Chile Cheddar and Dallas Mozz. Co's Scamorza (pecan smoked mozzarella). Throw in some Castelvetrano olives, house-made pickles, nuts and mustard and you've got a savory, protein-rich board that epitomizes the word "charcuterie." 

It's our first time serving a board like this, but it will definitely serve four people and would also work as snacks for up to 8 people.
