Bread and Cheese Delivery 8/5

Ravelin is baking us a few extra loaves of their white chocolate-lemon bread this Wednesday! We'll be sending out a 1/2 loaf of said bread, paired with two cheeses. We went with two different aged cheeses (cow and sheep) this time. The cheeses for this set are:

1/4 lb of Prairie Breeze. This is an award winning aged cheddar from a Mennonite collective in Iowa. It is a little sharp, a little sweet, and a little savory. I get notes of orange zest on this one. With plum jam, anyone?

1/4 lb of Ossay-Iraty. This is a French A.O.C. designated sheep's milk cheese from Basque country in southern France. It is mild and creamy with grassy, butterscotch tones.

House jams this time are: Black Plum, & Raspberry-Amaretto. 

We are delivering to Denton and our IMMEDIATE surroundings only: Corinth, Argyle, Krum, etc. If you are outside of our delivery range, you are welcome to pick up. Your delivery will show up between 4 pm and 7 pm. Our drivers will call or text when on the way. This order does not include gratuity- our drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. This set does not include any alcohol. If you'd like us to send a bottle of wine as well (I'd recommend the Orchard Tree Sauvignon Blanc), place your order first then give us a call at the shop!
