Pairing Event Details

Which goes better with cheese, beer or wine? You be the judge! Please join us for a Sunday Funday of eating great cheese paired with BOTH wine and beer. Our guest hosts will be selecting the beverages and we'll be voting on a cheese-by-cheese basis. There will be four cheeses (1 oz of each), each paired with 2 oz of wine and 4 oz of beer. Each tasting board will also include French bread, Ten : One's house made nuts and poached fruit. If you have an allergy please mention it in the comments.

This is a rotating series featuring different guest hosts who work with beer or wine within our community. For this round, our new guest hosts are:

Brook Ray: Sommelier, founder of Wine Squared and industry veteran.

Anthony Langston: 15 year Denton bartender, chef, and all-around bozo.

What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon in Denton?

Cheers!
