About the event
The perfect cheese delivery to go alongside your grill on the Fourth! We're delivering this set on Friday the 3rd, so you'll be all set!
This set includes a mixed six pack of some of our light, summertime favorites. The six pack includes 3 each of Blanche de Chambly- a belgian style wit beer brewed with orange zest and coriander- light, citrusy, bright and zesty, and Real Ale's Hans Pils. This is a great light summertime lager- crisp, dry, and refreshing on a hot day.
The first cheese is Prairie Breeze. This is an ACS gold medal cheddar from a Mennonite collective in Iowa. It is a little sharp, little sweet, and a little meaty.
The second cheese is Red Dragon, an English cheddar soaked in brown ale w/ mustard seed and a little horseradish. If you're grilling out, this is a perfect topper!
