Beer and Cheese Pairing- Delivery!! Wednesday 4/22

This is a three course beer and cheese pairing, delivered to you by our laid-off bartender friends. All tips plus a portion of sales go to them. Order here and they will deliver to you between 4 and 7 pm on Wednesday 4/22. We're keeping deliveries as close to Denton as possible. If you're unsure about our range, please give us a call. You are also welcome to pick it up if you are outside of range.

We've paired up with our friends at Denton County Brewing Company for this event! You buy the cheese and we'll provide the beer! 

The first course is: Helles Lager (light, dry, zest/pepper) paired with Chabrin, which is a delicate goat's milk Tomme (creamy, bright and tangy) from Southern France, and a Ten : One favorite!

2nd: Tony Hop's Skatepark IPA, which is a mild, balanced IPA (which still weighs in at 8.1% !!), which we've paired with Brabander, a goat milk gouda from the Netherlands, hand-selected by Essex St. Cheese Co.- lush, milky, sweet and a very slight goat tang. Another Ten : One favorite!

3rd:  Dopplebock (malty, lightly sweet, bready, toasty, caramelly, and true-to-style) paired with Mimolette, an aged, firm French cow's milk cheese that is meaty, nutty, and butterscotch-y.
